“Mental Performance Coach” talks about staying focused and consistent through negative environments and influences

Ludovici : How do I stay focused in a city full of crabs ?

Mental Performance Coach : Take accountability. It’s YOUR city. Every city has negative influences. They say my city of Los Angeles is full of fake people. Who cares. You have to make the decision to be the positivity that you want to see.

Ludovici : But how ? No matter what I do Baltimore won’t be any different…

Mental Performance Coach : The same way there are negatives there are positives. Focus on the good things going on around you. The good people around you. Take a walk and block out the negatives you may see or hear but focus in on the positivity you find. Even if it’s as little as someone helping someone across the street. Find inspiration in that, knowing that not everything is bad. Take action. Simple things like smiling, greeting people, picking up trash. You have to put out the energy you want to attract to make a difference.

Ludovici : What about social media ? I want liked minded individuals to connect with me but I get distracted by old friends and situations on my timeline.

Mental Performance Coach : It all starts with you. It’s a must you take accountability. It’s your decision to pay attention to those things. No one is forcing you. It’s your decision to NOT reach out to the people you want to connect with. Get rid of the clutter. Tune out the negative. Unfollow them. Block them. Whatever. Then take the initiative to follow the people you want to see or be associated with. Have something to offer as well. Figure out how you can be of service to them. It’s the law of attraction.
