Changing the game for hustlers & professionals in a time where people are scared to leave their place of employment or their neighborHoods , the righteous yet rebellious Raheem Tuggle is taking the skills & knowledge he’s gained as a Manager, Manufacturer, and Mentor, to build a multi-million dollar company for those who want to become successful full-time business owners.

Based in Baltimore, Maryland his Ludovici Glacies agency & platform encapsulates business, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, investing, credit construction, and mentorship with fashion, sports, music, and more !

This society always stresses professionalism & jobs which means to me, be someone your not to make money doing something you hate. Ludovici helps people turn their passion, purpose, pain, and creativity into cash & opportunities for others.

Entrepreneurship gets cold but so am I ! That’s why I created Ludovici Glacies. So aspiring entrepreneurs and small businesses could have the tools & resources to grow & excel toward financial freedom then generational wealth.

I was tired of seeing my people unsatisfied. Unhappy. They want to stop hustling. They want to quit their jobs. They need more money. More time. More freedom. But they scared and think they don’t have the knowledge, skills, or charisma to transition to a self made millionaire. Ludovici provides the education, mindset, mentorship, gear, and exposure that they need to make that monumental shift.

Raheem initially started his entrepreneurial journey in the 5th grade, downloading music from the infamous Limewire, to create & sell CD’s at school and in his East Baltimore neighborhood. He watched and learned as his father turned “Tuggle’s Transportation LLC,” a passenger transportation service company, into a 6-figure business. From then on he knew he’d be an entrepreneur.

After graduating high school from Baltimore City College and a year at Community College of Baltimore County (Essex), Raheem would go on to attend University of Maryland (College Park) where he’d study Business & Entrepreneurship. At age 19, learning he’d be a father soon after, he left school in fear of not being able to properly provide for his son. He went home to work a plethora of jobs over the following years. Transporter at Sinai Hospital. Radiology Assistant at Franklin Square Medical Center. Surgical Tech at Greater Baltimore Medical Center. Manufacturer at The Foundery in Port Covington. Technician at Perfect Brew Services and Open Works Baltimore. Digital Sculpture Professor at Carrol County Community College. Embroidery Specialist at Under Armour. And even more !

Those were some good jobs and good people. I learned a lot and was able to help a lot of people in the process. I just wasn’t satisfied. I was always unhappy or feeling unfulfilled.

He decided to repurpose a brand he created for an innovation course at UMD, “Ice Lou,” which was initially a product line of hats he created for rap artists he managed and sold to friends after he left school. He knew that in order to capture a larger target audience, he’d have to rebrand the concept. And there Ludovici Glacies was established.

Raheem believes through wisdom, creativity, and perseverance, we can literally turn nothing into something. And then something into something monumental. Since it’s creation, Ludovici has created and been featured in events and fashion shows in New York, New Jersey, Atlanta, and North Carolina. Ludovici has been welcomed into the communities of Social Proof, Recession Proof, and New Age CEOs. Recently Ludovici has partnered with Warner Bros & HBO on their production of “We Own This City,” (from the directors of The Wire) a new television series about the rise and fall of Baltimore City Police Department’s corrupt Gun Trace Task Force.
