Ludovici : Why would you buy a $1.3 million dollar home just to not live in it ?

Push Man Mitch : Because I want to live free. I always ask myself how do I make my daily expenses and necessities free. So I rent out the new home to pay for the high rise condo I currently stay in. This is why I get atleast 2-3 of everything and I tell people to do the same. My customers, the bank, my credit and reward points allow me to not have to pay for anything.

Ludovici : With all your success, how are you able to maintain that concept along with the principles to go with it ?

Push Man Mitch : The goal is to chase value and not money. When you chase money it runs. When you chase value, money comes to you. Most people don’t live with a purpose or strategy. My purpose is to make an impact. My strategy is to live for free. Conquer whats in between your two ears and leverage the tools you have. Billionaires don’t try to make things harder, they make it as simple as possible so it can be duplicated.

Ludovici : How are you able to separate yourself from your competition ?

Push Man Mitch : Over deliver. Customer service is the key. Make them feel valued. Give them incentives to buy from you. Thank you letters and gift cards to show your appreciation for them goes a long way. I also had to switch my mindset from the quality of business I provide to the quality of my clients. How are you marketing and is it conducive to the type of client you are looking for? And leverage the tools you have. Your friends, your looks, your speech, your knowledge, your followers. Some people don’t want to be used but if you can’t be used, you’re useless.

Ludovici : Does being used ever cause you to make mistakes or take losses ?

Push Man Mitch : No being used is what allows you to display your worth and mindset. There is no business that has ever had a straight up trajectory. Every business has peaks and valleys. Just like your heart beat, you don’t ever want your business to flat line. You want the ups and downs because that will allow you to become an expert. Becoming an expert is being able to go to your lowest point and then come back up. If you don’t know what to do at those low points or in the worst case scenario you’ll never be an expert. The losses are lesson. You have to take L’s before you can get to M’s.
